Our Classes

Multiple classes are available to suit your mood and experience level. 

Our carefully crafted sessions will move your body in all directions to feel light and rejuvenated. Our sessions have a duration of 50 minutes.

Level 1 First Visit

If you have never visited the studio, First Visit is the prerequisite to your Pilates journey within our community. We will set up the necessary foundations to make you feel confident using our equipment and set up a strong foundation for our next level.

Level 2

The studio offers three types of level 2 classes to progress within the classical and the contemporary repertoire.  Each class will tone and mobilize your entire body while giving you the necessary tools to align your posture in its optimal form.  We recommend completing 12 classes across all three types of Level 2:

  • Technique

  • Slow Flow

  • Core Awareness

The next step is our Flow 2+

Level 3

Intensify your practice with more intricate movement combinations that flow from one exercise to the next.  This level will challenge both your coordination and proprioception while improving your form and endurance.

An instructor’s evaluation is required to participate in this level.

Level 4

The advanced classes will move your body throughout the entire repertoire while integrating the more acrobatic exercises.

A series of Private classes is required before participating in this level.
