Multiple classes are available to suit your mood and experience level. 

Our carefully crafted sessions will move your body in all directions to feel light and rejuvenated. Our sessions have a duration of 50 minutes.

INTRO CLASS

If you have never visited the studio, our INTRO classes are the prerequisite to your Pilates journey within our community.

We will set up the necessary skills to make you feel confident using our equipment and set up a strong foundation for our next level.

REFORMER

Experience a rigorous Reformer session rooted in the authentic repertoire, with thoughtful contemporary variations to ensure accessible, well‑balanced progressions.

Classes prioritize intentional movement, precision, and control through carefully sequenced exercises and meticulous attention to detail.

Instructors provide clear guidance and practical tools for whole‑body health, fluid movement, and lasting wellbeing — all aimed at advancing you toward technical mastery.

Progressing through the levels requires a teacher’s evaluation.

CHAIR & BARREL

The Pilates method is a complete system — not just a single apparatus. Exploring all the equipment deepens your understanding of the technique and develops a more resilient, balanced body.

Our CHAIR & BARREL classes move beyond the Reformer to explore the Mat, the Wunda Chair, and the Ladder Barrel. Each apparatus offers unique resistance, leverage and range of motion which challenges different muscle groups and movement qualities.

Working across equipment accelerates progress, prevents imbalances, and transfers skills more effectively to everyday movement.

Each session is challenging, informative, and designed to give you a fuller, more versatile Pilates practice.

PROGRESSING

Progressing through our levels begins with mastering foundational positions. We take the time to slow down so your body and mind can fully integrate each exercise. Conscious movement improves quality of life — “Change happens through movement, and movement heals.” — Joseph Pilates.

Developing a solid technique, whether on the Reformer, Chair, or Barrel, and exploring the full repertoire is the key to a high‑level practice.
