Pilates is like learning a new language.
Joseph Pilates called it “Contrology.”
Our beginner-friendly INTRO lessons teach the fundamentals on two formats: Reformer or Chair & Barrel. We recommend trying both to get the full experience.

Pilates improves posture by strengthening deep core and spinal muscles, enhancing alignment and body awareness, increasing flexibility and spinal mobility, reducing neck/back pain and injury risk, and improving balance for everyday tasks. Most clinical programs showing measurable gains run 6–12 weeks with 2–3 supervised sessions per week.

Private lessons are offered on all apparatus. Cadillac, Reformer, Ladder Barrel, Chair, Spine Corrector, Pedipull, Oov, Spine Fitter.
These sessions are catered to all population from professional athletes, to rehabilitative care and everyone in between who wish to better understand this method.

The optimal approach depends on your goals. Certainly, attending both types of services is advisable.
Private lessons are tailored to your specific needs, progressions and modifications to accommodate any injury or specific goal.
Group lessons offer a lower cost per class, a motivating social experience and various levels to meet your current skill level.
We still recommend checking in with a private session periodically to ensure proper form placement and control of the positions.

We are currently offering Prenatal & Postnatal classes on equipment.
Each body is different. For some, Private lessons are more adapted. We will guide you towards the safest alternative according to your needs.

Bring a water bottle for hydration and your Pilates socks. Anti-slide socks are available for sale at the studio.

A light snack should do the trick. You will bend and twist your body in all directions. You need energy but not a full belly.

We use the Mind Body Online booking system which is accessible directly on this website.
Our own MTLPILATES app is also available to download on any mobile device. You can book on the go and see how many spots are available in each class.

We highly recommend taking public transportation or planning ahead if you choose to drive. There is an outdoors parking lot located just next door.

We have 1 shower on each floor. Simply wait until the WC is free and bring your own towel. We provide the soap!

Payments will fail should your address differ from your registered banking information. Mind Body is very sensitive to abbreviation for security reasons.
Editing your profile and signing the liability waiver must also be completed for the paiement to go through.
Using the MTLPILATES app /Click on Profile bottom right/ Edit at the top right corner.

If you choose to join a waitlist it is essential that you are signed up for notifications: email or text.
When a spot opens 24h prior to class you will be automatically added into the class. Make sure to cancel your waitlist if your plans change. Should you not show up, the class will be charged on your package.
Should a spot open up less than 24h we will call or email you to see if you are still interested in joining in.
