Put your ego aside and start at the beginning with our Level 1 or a Private lesson.

Each body is different. We will guide you towards the safest alternative according to your needs.

Bring a water bottle for hydration and your Pilates socks. Anti-slide socks are available for sale at the studio.

A light snack should do the trick. You will bend and twist your body in all directions. You need energy but not a full belly.

We use the Mind Body Online booking system which is accessible directly on this website.
Our own MTL Pilates Lab APP is also available to download on any mobile device. You can book on the go and see how many spots are available in each class.

Downtown Montreal is busy with festivals and construction. We highly recommend taking public transportation or planning ahead if you choose to drive. There are underground parkings around the area such as Complexe Desjardin.

We have 1 shower on each floor. Simply wait until the WC is free and bring your own towel. We provide the soap!

Payments will fail should your address differ from your registered banking information. Mind Body is very sensitive to abbreviation for security reasons.
Editing your profile and signing the liability waiver must also be completed for the paiement to go through.

If you choose to join a waitlist it is essential that you are signed up for notifications: email or text.
When a spot opens 24h prior to class you will be automatically added into the class. Make sure to cancel your waitlist if your plans change. Should you not show up, the class will be charged on your package.
Should a spot open up less than 24h we will call or email you to see if you are still interested in joining in.
